About High Impact Acrylic
High impact acrylic is a rubber-modified grade of acrylic (PMMA) offering significantly improved impact resistance compared to standard acrylic sheet, while retaining good optical clarity and UV stability. Suited to applications where standard acrylic may crack or shatter under load — including machine guards, protective glazing, transport and marine environments.
