What We Do

Holland Plastics offers thermo forming of plastic sheet to produce covers, housings, trays and custom shaped components. Plastic sheet is heated until pliable then formed over a mould to create the required shape. This process is cost-effective for both small and large production runs and produces lightweight, durable parts suitable for industrial, commercial and retail use.

Materials We Form

We work with a wide range of thermoplastic sheet materials including ABS, HDPE, polycarbonate, acrylic (Perspex), PETG, polypropylene and PVC. Sheet thicknesses from 0.5 mm to 12 mm depending on the material and application.
